Place the "TicTac UFO" folder in your tech folder (C:\Users\%username%\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Mods\tech or C:\Users\%username%\Saved Games\DCS\Mods\tech depending on the version you're using)

In the mission editor it can be found under the ship category.

Max speed: 3600km/h

Acceleration: 360m/s

It doesn't turn very well at those speed, though.
